Dove into the internals of my G7 Fly last night. Never realized how complex they were. There seemed to be alot of grease everwhere, in all the holes. Does that affect performance at all? Either way, I cleaned it all out and regreased everything static with some Angel Force grease. The AF grease was kind of clear and smooth compared to the chunky white grease I found when I dismantled the marker. How often should I clean and regrease the internals? It was pretty simple, I wouldnt mind doing it often. Also, has anyone taken apart the back of the on/off switch? I didnt realize how many microscopic parts were in there. Luckily I found them all in the carpet and got it back together.

Also I need some recommendations for feednecks. I want something high quality that allows the breech to open, and I prefer the cam lock or lever clamp type. No twist lock feednecks like the stock. Any info would be appreciated.

Regrease every 20,000 shots but you can shoot alot more than that just watch for performance problems and do that first before you start changing out parts.I put 2 drops of oil on the exhaust valve and 2 in the asa everytime i play although the MTs say not to put oil in asa (gunks up reg)i have used this with no problems on both my guns.

ccm or hybrid headloc would probably work best for you.

Yea...be careful with that. They aren't really meant to be taken apart. It's best to unscrew it from the backplate when you take the backplate off to keep from pulling it apart. There's always a good chance that once it comes apart it won't stay back together, I think the lips on the metal part bend or something. The same thing happened to me, but it wouldn't stay together and I ended up having to replace it.
