Hey,
It's been a while since I've posted.
I sent my Fly in to a local guy who claimes he was an Angel tech. Apparantly it was suggested to me that that I give my gun to him so he could re-work my LPR because of our high altitude. When I got my gun back, i noticed my valve looked slightly different than when I sent it in. It was tapered at the end, now it is flat on both sides. He never said anything about working on my valve. So he swapped my parts, does negativly effect my preformance?
Thanks

So should I get one of those Force Flow's from FMA? Will it help out my Fly's prefomrance a lot?
Thanks

Accusing the guy he swapped my valve won't go over to well since he's the only local shop owner in my area, I need to buy paint from there to play still.

He probably just changed it they are a consumable part just ask for it back if he gets mad then you dont want to take your marker back there anyway.

man that sucks real bad for you my friend. if i were you i would go back there and be like,"man my gun shoots so much better!" then when the tech hears it tell him it must be because of the new mt valve that you installed. there is a chance he will be like,"yeah i switched valves and gave you an mt one." now that hes confessed to switching your valves out, ask him for the "stock" one back.

Well, I've decided to keep in with good PR at my local shop. So, I'm gonna let it slide. Call me crazy, I don't care. Plus I've had Dale the 'Pegleg' guy work on my Fly before. He's a pretty cool and nice guy. To bad he's 4 f*ckin' hours away. Oh well it's worth it.
But I do want a new and good quality valve, any suggestions?
Thanks

yea the MT force valve is great. either that or the lucky AA valve. but i hear you have to run they AA valve at around 65psi. thats not so hot for me. but whatever.

doesn't the MT valve only bring your fps up like 20-30 fps.

doesn't the MT valve only bring your fps up like 20-30 fps.

Extensive tests have shown a 20fps jump in velocity without changing any input pressures. This equals more shots for the same amount of air you are currently using.

Personnally what I would do, is ask the tech to show you what all "Teching" he has done to your gun. Your not accusing him of anything, but simply asking him to show you what work he has performed. Its like asking a mechanic at any garge to show you what they did to YOUR car. Then be honest and tell him that you think your not getting the performance out of the gun, that you once were. Ask him to show you any parts and seals that he may have changed. One thing I always do, whenever I work on ANY gun at our shop, is I always keep the parts I replaced to give back to the customer. Usually they just ask me to throw them away, but just in case I get that one person who questions me as to "Why I did something" I can show them and explain to them. I understand you not wanting to upset, or ruin any customer/supplier relationship you have, but remember YOU are the customer, and YOU are paying for his services. IF YOU arn't satisfied, they may LOSE your buisness. This always hits home to anyone in a buisness unless they are just Filthy Rich and don't really need your money. And I would bet thats not the case.
