The first run bolts were breaking alot so WDP re did them with a softer bolt face. And yes if you have the old bolt you can get a new one free.
Welcome, the best advise is read all the sticky's. Follow any links and read them and if your still lost, shoot your questions out, everybody here is more than willing to help ya out. If you haven't ordered your gauges yet, you might want to and setup the recommended pressures, set the joy/rage settings, and finally take your A1 to your local field, rip the hell out of it, answer all the "is that an angel one" questions with a proud "YES it is" and enjoy one wicked marker.

Welcome to AOG.
The free upgrades are probably the software updates that you can find here: http://www.angel-owners.com/forumdisplay.php?f=226
As far as other free upgrades, check the above post. Some of the older A1's had problems which WDP is giving out replacement parts for free as long as you have registered your gun online.
Besides that you will find a wealth of info from all of the members and MT's that post on the site

Hey guys
this is a little off topic but... for some time now my ASA on my A1 has always come lose when im through playing. then i though ok this is no big deal ill just tighten the screws and it'll be fixed. (and as all you A1 owners know the screws on the back and front of the ASA that supposevly tighten the ASA are cone in shape with the screw part on the end). then again the ASA would come loose after im through playing, so i tighten the screws even more but its still loose. now heres the real kick in the butt. just today i had the same problem so i tighten the screws. still not tight. so i tighten them even more and i broke the screw part off the "cone-screw" and its stuck in my ASA. i need to know how to get it out or how i can Replace/fix this. also i saw 2 screw holes in the under-side of the grip frame and i was wondering if i could fit any other ASA onto my A1 that way or if those screw holes are not meant for that purpose please tell me
Thanks guys

I had this same problem. I fixed this problem by sticking some electrical tape on the flat surface of the ASA. I cut two pieces of electrical tape the size of the flat surface on the ASA and stuck them in there doubled up. Then I carefully installed the ASA back on the gun making sure I didn't scrape off the tape and then tightened the screws. The ASA and tank were then tight as could be, didn't wobble at all, and never came loose after 3+ months.

... oh and Lucky7... sorry didn't mean to ignore you, this is your thread after all.
Welcome to AOG and congrats on the A1. Yes, read all the stickies, they will be very informative for you. Also, I recommend leaving pretty much all the settings on your A1 stock until you get the gauges. Some members here have tried the Joy/Rage settings without setting the Joy/Rage pressures and have experienced problems.
Also, as I'm sure you'll quickly find out, there's a bit of a heavy discussion base on what kind of tank to use with the A1. I'll make it simple for you... LP is recommended by WDP and to be more specific... 500-650 PSI is the recommended output pressure for optimal results. Don't trust your LP tank! Put a gauge on it and check to make sure it's outputting a minimum of 450 PSI.
Also, a new theory just popped up that the stock macro line may be too restrictive because it has thicker walls (smaller inside diameter) than other macro lines. I don't know if this is true, but you may want to spend $1.99 on a new macroline... it's good to have extra anyways.
Good luck and hope you enjoy the marker!

thanks i aqqreciate the help, speaking of which where can i pick up the gauges, and are they expensive?
You can order them directly from WDP or get them from a shop listed on the store locator from the WDP site, or you can support performanceangel or fixmyangel and they'll take care of ya. Their roughly $30 to $35 a piece.

Not trying to be a jerk...but that is what the "New Thread" button is form. Keeping things seperate makes for an easier to follow and read forum.
