2.2 software problem?

No matter what I do I can't get into certain files. I'm not a computer idiot, I just cant get it to work. If you look in the download manual, I can't get to page 2. If someone can help that would be great. I have a toll free cell number you could call if someone could try to help me out.. PM me Thanks.


NO matter what I get Run Time Error 53. Now like someone else said, orange light on and won't go off, light stays on until battery is removed. Tried getting rid of all files and re-downloading, new batteries and I do have service pack 2. Any suggestions? Gun is out of commision until resolved.

IF you have gotten to the point were you have install the Angel_Series_1Flash_Utility shortcut onto your desktop and created a folder on your desktop, "Angel 1 Software" folder with "SeriesA_V2_2" file loaded in it then open that folder right click on "SeriesA_V2_2", select open with, click your browse button, click drop-down then select desktop, and then select Angel_Series_1Flash_Utility, click open, then ok, open file, select SeriesA_V2_2 and from there it should tell you to connect to marker and you should be off and running.

Disconnect all other usb "devices" if that doesnt work try it on someone else's computer, if you can.
