Angel One Barrel Thread

I am thinking about picking up an Angel One, but I am confused as to what threads they have. Do they use the same threads as the G7 Fly and 06 Speed, or do they have their own unique thread pattern? I have seen sites group the A1 in the same description as the G7 Fly and on other sites they list the A1 separately as if it has a different thread. Any help anyone can provide would be appreciated so I can get the correct barrels.

G7 will work just use beauty ring. But it uses the A1 threads. Please check sticky's next time.

No.....A G7 barrel thread will not work. A G7 Fly/06 Speed/Gat thread will work and you can use the beauty ring to cover the last two threads. The shank is shorter on the A1 threads.

You do not need the beauty ring for the barrels to work on the A1. It is for looks only. It covers the last 2 threads of the G7 fly, 06 Speed/ Gat barrels. It is for aesthetic looks only.

Thanks Maverick, i understand now, so the Angel "The Gat" UL barrels will fit on the A1, but there will be a few threads still visible out of the gun? Correct?

Not the easiest pic to see the threads but look close to where the barrel meets the Angel One and you'll see the small amount of threads from a G7 Fly threaded barrel on an Angel One are shown:

Where was that picture taken? Are those the new Airtime gloves?

That was taken at the 2006 Boston NPPL. Those are the '06 gloves.
