Battery on board

I have a problem,

My A1 does not keep his settings. He also does not keep the data like shot's fired etc.
Is there a little battery on the moetherboard like you have them on computer motherboard ?
If zo where is it located ? and is it replaceble ?

If not so, what problem do i have then ?

Your problem is that you're calling your gun a "he". That's not cool, unless you're female.

Seriously, I do not know what your problem is. Sounds like a software issue to me or maybe the onboard memory is bad. Try reflashing the software and see if it helps.

Hmmm strange...i started with version 1.8 on "her" and "she" had already that problem. So i flashed the 2.1 version on her and still i have the same problems. Is there a solution for the onboard memory ?

How is the charge on your battery? Fully charged?

yes, i just renewed the battery. (that is if you mean the 9 volt one ?)

Sounds like you may have a bad board

I agree... bad board. It sounds like there's a problem with the baords flash memory.

I have sent an email to wdp and they suggest to renew the battery en reflash again...so i am going to try that

I had some feedback with WDP and they figured out that a chip that storing its programmed settings is broke...so i have to send my board to wdp and they will replace it free. thats service !!:)

WDP has absolutely the best service out of any other paintball company I have done business with. They screwed the bolts up, no ifs ands or buts. "Just send us an email and we will get it to you ASAP". The MT's are also great.

Yeah !! Frazer gave me a new board (i think). anyhow...the problem is fixed...it keeps his settings...so i like to thank WDP !! It is a perfect service !!!
