MY JD-1 will be here friday, what can I expect from it, and what should I look for as a problem with it? I traded my ego for it, so it is used, but it is stock and mint.

Check the detents to make sure they arent worn and relube everything, other than that you shouldnt have any problems as the A1 is an extremely solid gun as long as you arent one of the people that have the urge to mess with everything even when they are working.

Hey man ;). As long as its got all the new stuff and correct pressure/setting you should be good.

Make sure you have the red detents, put the joy/rage settings into it, software update it if you want, and if it dosn't have the new bolt then go to the wdp site and give them ur serial # and they'll send you a new bolt. I havn't noticed a difference between the bolts yet but hey its free lol!

got it today, it has the red/orange detents, the clear face bolt, the light hammer, 2.1 software. Its so pretty... I am not fond of the trigger though..too much return strength and I removed the strength screw already, can the magnets be removed like in other guns to reduce the pull...
Are you sure you removed the correct screw?

As per the manual... its the one on the inside of the trigger. The outer one is trigger return distance, and next to that is the trigger pull distance in the trigger frame itself, correct???
Unforunately, the manual is in-correct. There is a thread around here somewhere. Front screw is magnetic and rear screw is return
