Hey guys,

I used my A1 for the first time this weekend and it shot great. Everybody was blending paint especially those egos(good thing i traded). My only complaint is that i was getting fsdo at thge beginning of everygame after a 10 min. or so period. I am using joy settings with stock lpr and mini-reg. Also i use a lp crossfire tank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also i am going to HB to play and I was wondering how much it would cost to have my gun teched or if they could just set my gun up real quick like on thurs. before playing or wenever.

thanks

ray

Try increasing your dwell (you'll need to readjust your velocity afterward).

If increasing the dwell eliminates your FSDO, then you may want to clean/lube the guts of your solenoid.

Also try to increase your ABS setting too. That'll help with the FSDO too. Actually, that is kinda what that setting is for.

guys a bit of an off topic. How does the A1 get bolt stick ? there are no orings on the bolt and nothing sticks etc

Your Ram has an O-ring and the bolt slides with the ram. Also bolt stick isnt just always around the o-rings, any little bit of condensation or liquid in the breach can freeze or get a little bit icy which can cause some bolt stick aswell

ABS is a standard paintball term but in the case of the Angel One, it is used to describe the static forces that sometimes need to be overcome when a process (the bolt moving) it at rest. Every gun is different so some might need ABS on and some might not. Once the static force is broken or overcome, the process moves as it should.

Bleda is exactly right too.

Im having another problem and I'm not sure if it is eyes or a certain setting on the gun. When i shoot the gun it will rip and then pause and not shoot. I then have to wait a second and then it will shoot. Its not my hopper as i tried many diff. ones. Could it be my eyes or something else i have to adjust?

Reflash the board with a brand new 9v. This is most often a bad flash or a flash with an old battery.

You may also be getting jammed because of loose breach doors. We had had a lot problems with this issue. Bolt jams, gun shuts down. Angel apparently has a fix for this but in the meantime our kids zip tied the breach door down and they worked fine.

Loose breech door is not the problem. You either have a bent breech pivot rod (misaligned breech) a defective bolt or in-correct pressure settings. Recommend sending in the markers and having them diagnosed and repaired.
