Ok, ill make this simple and short.
With my Joy- I can pull the trigger slowly ( all the way thru till trigger stops) and it will fire 1 shot.
BUT- If i hold the trigger border line on the switch (in my case about halfway thru) it would shoot 3-4 or more shots (while im holding the trigger lightly).
I adjusted my magnet for more magnetism and also played wiht the length of pull ,etc. I have no idea. I dont want to get checkd for bounce on sunday at tournament. Anyhelp/

Thats called finding the sweet spot I believe. May be something else though.

There was a thread on this a while back in which Ken chimed in. I'm pretty sure that any microswitch or opto switch marker is capable of doing this and it is not bounce by definition. It should not disqualify you from playing as there is no advantage to taking a couple seconds every time you come out to shoot to find the sweet spot. It is easier just to walk it and shoot strings.

i got the same problem over here

new A1 since last weekend. without paint there is no bounce and sweet spot cant be found on the trigger, but put paint in it and it bounce like hell.

sometimes about 2-3 balls, up to how good you are in holding the trigger in that position it also fires full auto. tryed to adjust the trigger today in every way it wont get better. from really wide to really close.

its also hard to set up the trigger cause it only happens with paint in the hopper. i shot about 1000 balls today only to find out that i cant handle the problem.

my teammate who played the a1 already for some months, told me he got this problem solved by change the stock trigger to a raguba trigger. the bouce is stil there but its much more less than with the stock trigger.

did you get it fixed Joe??

maybe it could be about the magnet. i played an ego06 before and never got that problem. for me the ego trigger feels like the magnet is stronger than the angels.
