yea somewhat cool but not THAT great

ive drove 135 in my beamer on Raider Holler rd which is the deadliest road in the state of KY and a common ride for bikers and whatnot

i also followed (or tried to) my friend on his 900 ninja when he got 1bout 210 on a rural highway

they should have edited that video better and just had the cool parts and cut the fluff

I'd rather take my car through some of the roads in east county san diego.
A couple of those are a neverending series of hairpins. My tires hate me by now.

keep your front and rear wheel in the same line and your leading foot/leg as close to the front axle as you can and drive in as far as you can and power out as you apex the turn. brake before the turn and power out. keep yout thighs out from under the grips when you turn while in a rut.as soon as your out of the turn up, on the pegs, chin over the clamps, elbows up and go like hell !!! and remember being bow legged is an art of fitting your seat under your ass.

yeah, i have a figure 8 out side for practiceing ruts, but i still suck at them, my front always wants to jump out though, i think it may have something to do with me "2-strokin" it and jabbin on the power instead of rolling it on. so you ride anymore?

nope wish i did. try braking before the corner and stay standing till your deep into the turn, sit power out leaning forward to keep your cg (center of gravity) as far forward as you can to keep from wheel standing out. rick johnson and jeff ward were the kings of power cornering

funny story, after i left denver nppl 2 years ago i was at the airport having a sandwich. i had my wdp mt tech shirt on minding my own buisness. rj walked over with his son and asked if i played paintball. we struck up a conversation ,told him who i was and all he wanted to do was talk pb and i wanted to talk racing. he added paintball to his motocross school as a team building skill. it was right after the mile high nats.

you raced the aligator enduro? thats in gainsville right? my cousin raced that twice about 20-30 years ago. i know the whole hospital thing. all too well. my brother hit a g out on the lip of a huge downhill on sinday, he endoed on the landing and has a huge hump of fluid on his lower back/ ass now. he did something called degloving to it wich is rare, it seperates the fat from the muscle. omg, you know rj? he is like the freakin godfather or motocross. specially back when he was on factory honda, i think he still works for honda now. then you got danny laporte whom wasent to shabby himself. and jeff ward, ohh man, where do i start about wardy? should it be his multiple championships or that he is still dueling it out with henry in supermoto. ohh man, i got bookoos of respect for these guys, they are the original true american motocrossers, all time greats, for those of you that dont know what we are talkinh about or are still reading this thread they did for american motocross what palmers did for pb. ive been fortunate with injurys, only my knee and a broken ankle. my brother on the other hand has cut open his liver, cracked 5 ribs, broken 2, broken wrist, collarbone, and countless concussions and stitches. you talk to rj still?
