is there a reason why i am getting a slow first shot when i first gas up? its usually between 150-200 then it jumps up to around 280 (what i shoot at).

if you mean new, new ok, but if you mean "used" new there could be a problem, i got my gun "used" new, and a month later i find i'm firing the damned thing with the lpr at somthing like 165

Things to check:
1. HPA system ouput pressure
2. Inline mini-reg pressure
3. LPR pressure
4. Snap ring tension

If you don't have the tools, etc. to check or correct these problems drop me an e-mail and I will be happy to service the gun for you.

dude its called first shot drop off, and its a very common problem among all guns almost. If u ever see in tournaments, ppl shoot their guns before the last few seconds or wenever its becase of first shot drop off. Just shoot ur gun a few times before a game and ull b good.
