2.1 software, ramp &batt. prob

just upgraded to the 2.1 software and it seems no matter what mode i'm in and what setting there is nothing works other than full auto and semi-auto. no ramping. i've heard other people say this but is there anything to help this or is it a common prob. also just in the last couple weeks i put in a nice new 9v batt and i'll play a couple games and turn it off, leave the batt in it over night and go to turn it on the next day and it'll only have 1 power bar left. i thought one batt was supposed to last 350,000 shots or somehting crazy like that. or could this be a part of upgrading to 2.1 software. any info will help, thank you.

You should always use a new 9v when you flash your gun as it can use up a lot of the battery, but yeah i agree i only get around 20,000 out of a battery.

I've been shooting my A1 avidly since december, and with the battery it came with. The secret to getting the 300,000+ shots is to take your battery out when you aren't using it.

but even overnight? thank you for info, i should have thought of that, just like a car says 300 horsepower, that just them beating the hell out of it to get that amount. also any info on the ramping situation. i like semi but in some cases at home to show off for your friends it would be nice to use and have. i know there's demo mode but that doesn't allow you to shoot paint, at least i believe.

Over three weeks, 8000+ shots, and two software flashes later my original battery's voltage was 7.1v on the guns display and it still was still shooting like a dream, but I figured it was about time to change it anyways.

did you keep taking the battery out or did you just turn it off and leave it in.

I never removed the battery.
