A1 Feedneck on an A4

Does anyone know if an A1 feedneck will fit on an A4? I know the barrel threading changed, but what about the feedneck threading..?

The feedneck threading is the same. You can put the A1 feedneck on your A4.

does anyone know if you will be able to open the breech with the a1 feedneck? at least w/o the hopper, kuz i'm thinking the latch part might get in the way.. i have a speed 05 and i've been trying to figure that out. any ideas??

The latch part shouldn't be a problem, since the top part of the collar can be rotated. Its more of if the breech door will clear the actual part where the hopper neck fits into.

ummm, so then do you know if the breech door will clear the part of the feedneck where the feedneck fits into??

Doh!!... A1 feedneck is a hair too short to clear the A4 rotor breach.. I guess you can loctite it and unscrew it 1 turn, but I don't think that's recommended.

wont clear the rotor breach on any of the angels except the a1. its too short. i have one on my g7 and it looks hot. and i just take it off when i service my marker so its not a problem.
