will g7 charger work for lcd?

i just got an older angel says it was inspected in 99 so i take it that is was made then and was wondering if the charger for the g7 fly will charger the battery for the lcd or do i have to get another charger?

It will work. You can use a new charger on older models but you can't use a lcd charger on newer on with the 4.8v battery.

what about the battery out of the g7 would that power the board or not? i just wanna see if the board and screen works. i konw the battery is dead tho.

It may power it to check the board out but i don't recommend using it as a main power sorce
