i finally got a gauge to adjust my evolve lpr on my a4 fly
i dont know why but it is leaking from the evolve valve on the other side
i tried adjusting everything thats adjustable on the volumisers and it still leaks
its leaking from the circled hole

grease o-ring. Slap a new o-ring on there ( -005)
Im surprised your not having problems with your evolve lpr

ok
i had the evolve volumiser off my gun
then i started to screw the gauge into the volumiser
then i dropped it and the screw part of it broke off

you mean the evolve lpr, not the volly. ( the volly is the one where the valve rod goes)
so you had the gauge on lpr and dropped lpr and the screw from the guage broke from the gauge and is stuck in the lpr?
SPECIALNEEDS
01-31-2007, 07:56 PM
yea
and it was a gauge with an evolve lpr adapter
and its stuck with none of it stickin out for me to grab it with something

hrmm. I never had a evolve lpr- only the lite kit. Take out the internals of the lpr. Can you see the screw from inside?
SPECIALNEEDS
01-31-2007, 08:03 PM
lol
i cant get the internals out because the screw part is holding it in

That leak on the valve side is either the o-ring (as already stated by RJ) or it could be from a valve stem that is too short. There have been several complaints that the valve stems have been too short and Evolve had to replace them. Do a search on "valve stem" in the Evolve forum and you'll see what length they should be. I cannot remember what the exact length was but I know there was a problem with some of them.
BTW - I am going to move this to the Evolve forum here on AOG.

ok here it is
one is the back
one is the front
one is the hole that it is stuck in
RangerJoe

so its a threaded screw that stuck in there? is that a hole in the middle on the screw?
BTW Trigga- I belive its 4.5 in- if it leaks with a -005 its the valve rod too short probly- bump up o-ring to a -006
SPECIALNEEDS
01-31-2007, 08:34 PM
yea
it has a hole in the middle
RangerJoe
01-31-2007, 08:36 PM
is it hexed or just circle like
SPECIALNEEDS
01-31-2007, 08:38 PM
just a plain circular hole
RangerJoe

hmmmm, how far down it go. Stick something that will go down and put finger where the end of it is. Then measuer.
SPECIALNEEDS

i cant because the internals wont come out because of the screw
its in all of the way because i screwed it all of the way in the i dropped it

what your gunn have to do is-
either get like a dowel that will fit snugly in there and try to unscrew it( or a real thin one and get a piece of rubber around it, if it will fit) or
i dont know lol
SPECIALNEEDS
01-31-2007, 08:55 PM
lol maybe i can superglue something in there and just screw it in there
or i can just use my gun stock
anyone know how to adjust the lpr of my gun with no gauges??
