halo b about roughhousing

Ok I bought a halo b about 6 months ago and it has stress cracks on the lower screw hole(one that is right behind the feed tube and my battery shell screw is broke would this be considered roughhousing ?
and also the moter just hums like it`s out of batterys but I replaced them and it still does it.
am i covered under warrenty

call up odyssey and tell them your tale. they're service is excellent so something can probably be worked out.
