Just saying hi. Traded my E-mag for a G7 with stiffi yestereday, should have the gun in soon.

Do have one question though, I'm at a stopping point on tanks. I have two other guns, one of wich will not even operate on an lp tank(classic mag im going to hyperframe and a logic vert framed imp(imp might)), so im wanting to avoid buying HPA systems that will nto be interchangeable between them. I went ahead and picked up a vert ASA from actionvillage(they had one left in blue so i got it), and am now kind of at a conundrum.

I had thought about going ahead and buying an LP tank, or maybe trying one of the micro maxflos since they can be converted i beleive, for the gun, or buying a cp or palmers reg. Im leaning towards picking up a used stab to use for now, then buy a better reg for the angel when i get the hyperframe for my classicmag(trying to set up kind of an old school electro mag as I wanted it back in the day, so i still want to be able to use CO2 if i have to.....also for a loaner gun).

I talked to the previous owner of the gun, he has run a hp screw in to it, but as i understand it, it's just a bad thing to try in general.

Anyway, Howdy from College Station and Texas A&M

Thanks and Gig'em, Cory.

Welcome to AOG.

I have a Nitro Duck X-stream which I really like. It's adjustable so I could use it when I had my LCD and Force 4, depending on which one I wanted to use. They are nice tanks and regs.

CP regs are very good. I have one on my 5peed.

Does the CP asa adpater have a gauge port? I havent been able to find anywere with it showing the other side, but i see one in yours. It would be nice if it did, I could get the portless cp.

I realy normal hate those cp regs, but the look good on the angel for some reason...

you can run hp on the fly. i have 2 g7 fly's with stock regs and i dont even own a lp tanks. i have on probs with getting it under 300fps and my consistancy is great. like +\- 7. not bad for the stock reg on hp. cp regs are awsome.
and i used to have a classic mag with a hyperframe. put an R\T on off in it and it will rip. i loved that gun. but it got totally f!@#ed in the anno process so off it went.
good luck with your fly!

Yeah this mag's been with me for the better part of ten years now, it's one gun you will have to pry from my cold dead fingers to get away from me :D.

New angels not a fly btw, but i think its pretty much the same thing :D. Im looking afor another reg for it anyway...better safe than dorry :D

g7, g7fly. same thing. the marker in the vid is a g7 with the fly software. but not the 06 milling. but i have one of those too. they will handle up to 850psi safely. thats right out of the manual.

Or you could look around and find a used Angel Air. That way you can switch from LP to HP by changing the disks.
