Right now I'm running 1.8, it seems fine but I think I may have a problem...
I believe its when I'm in Semi or PSP that I'll start roping and out of no where it will just stop shooting.. a few moments go by and it'll kick back in again. I'm starting to think its my software because Ive already tried switching batteries and hoppers etc.

I'm considering making the jump to 2.1 but I'm really hesident because I've noticed alot of people having problems after taking the jump and going with 2.1

I have practice saturday and I dont want to get the 2.1 software and have it mess everything up.

Should I wait till the 2.1 software gets figuared out or should I make the jump?

no problems here. I put 2.1 on mine before I even shot it. Just make sure you redo your settings after you flash.

I make the jump without any problem. If you do the jump as is suppose to be do you will have no problem at all. 2.1 software is definitely better than others. Specially in the ramping features.

Fallow the instruction and wait for results.

When you flash your board it goes back to the default settings. You will have to re-enter the Joy/Rage settings.

I flash with the 2.1 but thought the Joy/Rage settings were default.
