Has anyone tried the new Dye 2 piece Boomstick?

I think it would be the ultimate system.
Thanks

I think we've talked about this, yes it's a 2 piece barrel with threaded fronts/backs........but you cannot buy them seperatly. So unfortunatly you're still stuck buying a complete barrel. I believe that the reason we discussed for making their Boomsticks that way was it allowed users to send off the tips to get them custom annodized with their markers.

everyone and their mother and grandmother is coming out with a 2 peice barrel thingy.
i'm going to come out with a 8peice barrel kit. 4peice back, 4peice front.
the 4 peice back comes in the following lengths:
1inch, 2.5inch, 3.889inches, and 5.999inches.
they will be made of lead, be sandblasted and come with your choice of rustoleum spray paint colours.
the 4 peice front will also be made of led and comes in the same lengths and comes with your choice of rustoleum spray paint colours allowing you the ultimate freedom in paint matching!
... allowing control bore lengths as short as 1 inch! couple that with my 1inch front peice forming a 2inch barrel stub and you can play as crazy, phat tight as you want.
each peice of course is threaded to mate to other peices allowing you to play with a 26.776inch long barrel!! the flatline is yogurt compared to this! other control bore kits can be added to your existing kit allowing you an infinite reach across the playing field. imagine your opponents back player's surprise when you tap him on his goggles from way across the field!!
each back peice sells for an amazingly low price of $20. 4 peices come included in one kit and cannot be sold separately. 4 front pieces will also be included with each back peice kit and cannot be sold separately.
Sorry...this is the first time i have seen the new Boomer. Would it be better, albeit very expensive, to buy 2 or 3 Boomers in different sizes?
Thanks

not necessarily any better than buying another Kit of some sort....but it's up to you.
personally I'm really interested in the new Lucky15 from Warped. It's actualy 3 barrels in a kit instead of backs and fronts etc.
Any more info on the Lucky 15? I went to there site and did not see it.
Thanks

it's on the front page of the Warped Sportz website. It hasn't been fully released yet, but they do give you a little description on the page for it. There are a couple of teams using it this weekend in Vegas, I know some of the guys on one of the teams, so I'm hoping to get some good info on it next week and I'll probably order one.

Well couldnŐt you do the same thing with something like Lapco? An Autostirit and Bigshot would cover a nice range, and they are not expensive.
Just thinking out loud.
