I just sent my Arsenal G7 off to FixMyAngel to get MT intelifeed installed.

Bob did a great job on the installation, it looks really good.

Here are the pictures.

The first test of the intellifeed was done with this configuration.

Angel G7 with g7 fly software
MacDev LP Tank 450 psi input
MT Valve, Stock Board
HPR set at 250
LPR set to 55
HPR set till 280fps was obtained over cronograph
Dwell 10
Loader Setting 11
MROF 25
Stock lowest intellefeed time on stock board is 0.05 = 50 milliseconds
TR 1 (no bounce)

Paint used for all tests was Fresh
Nelson Hemmorage Tournament Grade Paint
(it has a tougher shell than hellfire but is much more brittle than marbilizer)

Hopper Setup
MT intellefeed Halo B
V35 board setting 4
Critical Paintball Delrin Cone
ST Speedwheel w/stock motor
6 AA Alkaline Batteries

Test 1
TR 1

Hopper was filled up and a string of paint was rattled off.
About half the hopper was shot then the halo quit spinning. The boards jam light came on, I took the halo off the gun and inspected for breaks. No breaks. I turned the hopper back on. Put it on the gun and started to fire again. Had a ball break. Loader seemed to be overdriving the cone. The halo spring fully loaded at all times though the test firing.

Test 2
cleaned loader and changed tr to 22
24 bps hit but gun sprayed broken paint like crazy

Test 3
Changes listed
TR set to 6 (slight bounce)

** After every test if loader broke a ball, it was split apart and was fully cleaned.

ST Speedwheel removed, was replaced with a new stock moter
Stock board put into the halo.
Still using same gun settings and 6AA batteries

Shooting another hopper did the same thing. Board shuts off from moter being over torqued and ball stack was again crushed by the loader. Broken balls were inside the halo's raceway and halo cone was covered in goo.

Test 4

Upped the tr to 22 to see if firing real fast would make a difference.

Got out the good ol' love juice. Covered the halo's belt and pullys. After doing this I could hold my finger stopping the cone from spinning but the motor would happily spin along. It put less pressure on the paintballs.

I fired off a string, woo no broken paint but spring tension was completly maxed out. I think it was pure luck no paint was broke as there was still lots of pressure on the paint stack.

Test 5
Tried same test again and it resulted in broken paint

Test 6
Tried intellifeed setting of 0.10 and it spun the cone way to much.
Ended up breaking paint.

Test 7
Unplugged intellifeed and loader shot fast with no breaks

I tried various settings, shooting slow, medium, fast.
A1, A2, A3 0.05, 0.10, 0.15
Nothing seemed to work. I wasn't trying for speed.
Consistancy and low spring tension was my goal. The only thing consistant that day was my fps over crono and the amount of paint I broke.

With completly stock halo and shortest hopper time every 1 trigger pull was about 4 balls.
If the paddle was facing due north after pulling the trigger 1 time it would face southeast.

My normal playstyle is to use the most fragile paint I can buy and use a low tension setting on my loaders. I have a halo and vlocity. Last season I had no problems with ball breaks with eaither of them. Last year I broke maybe 2 or 3 balls total for the whole season playing once a week.

Review pts
scale: 1-10 10=perfect

Fixmyangel's work 10 (marker work looks professional and no blemishes were present, hopper install was clean)
Turnaround time 9.0 (few weeks)
Performance 3.5 ( Maybe with a tadao things would be different I believe it allows intellifeed dwell times much lower than 0.05 seconds)
Cost 7.0
Overall 6.5

Anyone have any luck with stock board and intellifeed on a stock halo B or is my Halo or MT intellifeed production board not working??

yea its 50 bucks. but you got to be savvy with a drill and tap to install it. if your not then dont even attempt it. as the top plates are rather hard to find if you need a replacement. well if you have an 05 speed or newer. if its an a4 or older its a simple 2 screw install.
