LPR ? for led

have?about the lpr on my led. if i run the velocity less than 290 it doesnt work that great. could it be something else(reg or hammer) just bought the gun so idont know to much about ti

doesnt work that great? can u expand upon that idea..like be more specific..what doesnt work great if ur under 290 fps? What reg do u have on your gun? do u know when it was last tuned?? the more u can tell us the more specific help we can give back.
