Should have used a trash truck to pull in front of him then. Wouldn't have to worry about the dent he left in the truck, and I'm pretty sure a faceplant into a chunk of metal that size would do you in.

A better scare tactic for possible criminals could have included shooting the guy with a marine flare gun, then running him over, or just shooting him right in the chest with a tear gas grenade.

I liked the time that some country (can't remember where...getting old) beat the kid that was caught spraying grafitti...whooped him good with a cane pole...in public. We can start with simple disrespect and beat our way to more serious stuff!! People have to be held accountable for their actions... As for the Mexican PO-lice... "one shot, one kill" There will be a puddle and some splatter, but nothing that the dogs would pass up!!!!
