angel laser eye install problem

hi i am trying to install the laser eyes on a friends 05 speed with tadeo board. the problem is that the transmitting eye doesn't want to go in all the way and must be the reason that when you turn on the board the led stays solid blue till you pull the trigger. then it goes blinking yellow. the dam eye just does not want to go in :S

any suggestions???

correct, one of the eyes on my gun( laser) dint go in fully, but it still reads fine.
Buy a new one i guess?

ok, when you put the eye in it should be centered in the hole. try a small piece of paper behind the eye to try to make it look forward for a quick fix. remembering that you have to put the "wedge" back in after youclean the eyes everytime. or go with joey's suggestion, get new eyes and install them at the store where you get them.
