ice dust rare?

i noticed that there are no longer ice dust angel 1s being sold on fma. there is now an ice velvet. does this mean ice dust is no longer being made and it is a rare color?

someone please explain...

Ice dust and Ice Velvet are very similar. One could say that Ice dust is rare but you really wouldn't notice.

yeah i was just wondering if ice dust was like the olive dust.

because i know they stopped making the olive dust color and they made like less than 50 of them.

so i was just wondering if that would make ice dust rare also because now the only ice color is called "ice velvet" ...
