How is it going everybody. Today I wanted to play some paintball and I noticed that I was shooting 3 balls per trigger pull. After having some one check the gun over, we concluded that the paint to bore match was too large (691 barrel 687 paint). Well after helping set up our local field, I aired up my A1 and air started leaking from the foregrip/regulator. It is not a small quiet leak either. The leak is fairly intense and loud. The leak comes from the small hole in the foregrip/regulartor above the velocity adjustment screw. I think it is an o-ring but I am unsure because I have not opened the marker. I wanted to ask you all for your opinions and thoughts of what the problem might be.

what i did was i bought the mini reg service kit, because the oring on the large piston needs to be replaced. make sure u have circlip plyers to take out the circlip, and what i did was replaced the whole large piston just to make sure. greased the mini reg and piston, put everything back together and my leak was fixed.

good luck!

Well my problem was not as bad as I thought. I was still leaking from the bleeder valve. All I did was turn the velocity screw down. My leak was fixed after that. I haven't shot any paint out of my gun yet. I am waiting until my sly barrel comes in. My conclusion was, since I didn't have a good paint to bore match I turned the velocity screw in order to shoot at 300 fps. This probably caused excess pressure to the point of it start bleeding. I will still order the mini reg kit just to cover all angles.
