How can I remove the 'Volume Chamber Plug' properly in the Angel One?
Procedure and Tools used would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Thanks, but -- seen it, read it and tried it!

The manual is good and all, but doesn't really show you 'what tool to use' and 'how' to remove it. Believe me, the plug is really tight and doesn't budge without risking a break. That's a risk no owner can afford to take.

BTW: Here's a quote from the manual under the "Exhaust valve removal guide" section;

"• Remove the volume chamber plug 7 being
careful not to damage the end plug seal."

Sorry but, this doesn't help that much as you can see.

Can anyone fill the blank here?

It's right in the front...under the barrel...on the side of the valve. Just use a hex key to get it out.

Note: it also helps to look at the diagrams in the manual.
