Problem with trigger return...

I got the trigger where i wanted it. It was bounceing like a bastard with debounce all the way up to 20. So i went to make the trigger return harder. I screwed the set screw all the way in on both ways. And no change in the trigger ether way, if there was it wasnt noticeable... any ideas?

I had the trigger set really far foward. So i tried moveing it back some and that did it... i felt a def instantly.
