I just purchased a Blue Dust angel Speed and am trying to decide what HPA system to buy.( Right now im using my little brothers 47/3000 steel because my other tank has crapped out. Dont buy an ACI bulldog) I have thought about PMI, Crossfire, Conquest, AIR, Armegedon, Apocolypse etc. etc. but am not sure what is the best. I am looking at performance and weight only. Please give me your input as for what works best for you and what has a very good non breakage reputation.

I suggest the Angel A.I.R. system some people will tell you not to get it because it's finnecky but hey if it's high performance it's going to need taken care of. The AIR is the most consistent system I've ever had and mine hasn't gone down on me ever if you treat it right it'll give you great performance

For a cheap screw in i would go crossfire. I saw a display by Crossfire at there booth at skyball with my own personal tank and i was amazed. They hooked up my 68/3000 to one of their angels set at 11bps, which were hooked up to these massive gauges which showed psi dropoff. He pulled the trigger and the needle didnt move like no dropoff. After that my mind is set and for that price you cant beat crossfire. my 2 cents :rrrright:

I am also in the market for a new tank. I was planning to get a Centerflag Thunder (aka Dynaflow) regulator ($90) and an 88 ci fiber wrapped Air America tank ($144.95). So that is basically a total of $235. What does everyone think of Centerflag regs?
I just thought of something. Since the Speed is going to be a low pressure gun with a input pressure of around 180 would it be a better idea to get a low pressure tank?

I use a nitroduck tank on my new(to me) 2001 angel and I have no drop off at all so I would sa nitro duck is a real good tank
(I know this tank was not asked about but since you were asking about good tanks I thought I`d put my 2 cents in)

Just get a regular preset screw-in....
I have an ACI Bulldog tank and it has NO problems whatsoever

I use a Armageddon, set on 500 PSI output, and get no shootdown.

i have a nitro duck xstream righ now, I like it alot, it's adjustable and screw in and keeps up fairly well. I don't even see balls dropping off when I rake the trigger, which gives me about 20-21 bps and on top of that the trix takes large volumes of air in the first place, it's agreat tank and I love the tuff skin bottles.
Theres a big thread on pbnation thats talks about the crossfire tests and the crossfire tech lists like the top best:
