4 Fly troubles

Normally I can figure out anything. I dont know if its because I havnt had to mess with my angels in a while (cause they seem to always work).

Anyway here is my problem, I cannot get my Fly to increase or decrease in Vlocity. Balls are barely coming out of the barrel. Here is what I have done to try to fix it.

1. Adjusted the Vlocity screw
2. Adjusted the pressure on my adj tank
3. cleaned and lubed reg and lpr
4. cleaned and lubed ram
5. made sure it was fully charged (charged it even though it said it was full)
6. tried a LP and a HP screw in tank

I am stumped, I have also adjusted the dwell. Someone please help.

LPR WAYYYYYYY too low, airway obstruction.

What is the mini reg doing? LPR could be bad but not without other problems. Try replacing or rebuilding the Mini reg and the solinoid might be blocked or not working properly. Take a look at the exaust vavle to see if it is jammed up. Pull the breach up and whatch to see if the ram fully extends the hammer to open the exaust valve.
