BOB or someone else!- question about new exhaust valve stem!

hey guys i was thikning about getting the new exhaust valve stem for my A1 for the low velocity issues and improved gas effeciency and consistency, etc.

do i need a tech to install this? or does it slide right in, is there a special way to do it, or can i easily replace it?

you take out the plug, turn gun over. stem falls out. drop new one in. put it in hole. put plug in.
