trying to do it yourself will be a pain in the balls, might as well send it so an mt or somone to have it done professonally.

lol idk that would depend on weather or not you §§§§ it up...

SPECIALNEEDS

true
but if i sent it to an mt it will be more money than i have

if i do it myself i have to pay for a 5 dollar part or something

but if i send it to an mt they wont mess it up.

if i do it myself i might mess it up and pay more money than i would have had to pay an mt to do it.

ill just have to wait for someone to explain how to do it and see how complicated it is

FYI:

I have an MT intellifeed kit that was installed by myself apart from where the eyes interface with the intellifeed cable in the Halo. Intellifeed is cool and all if you are a fan of false jams and paint shredding (it doesn't seem to play well with my V35 board). If you chop while using intellifeed it will turn your Halo into a blender because it tells your hopper to keep pushing even when the balls aren't properly chambered yet.

I have not had that problem.

I would purchase the kit from either Bob or Ken. You'll find the install instructions in the Intellifeed section. The kit will come with everything you need tol install the wiring in the Halo.

what all does it include

Trigga Nometry

That should come with the all materials needed to convert your Halo to an Intellifed Halo. It will also come with chip that will plug into your board. There is no working pic on BoB's site. Oh yeah, I am sure that it'll also come with directions too.

You could also have them install it for you if you wanted or just do it yourself.

my halo board or my guns board

listen dont let anyone fool you. a monkey could install the mt kit. you plug in the wire to your guns board. plug it into the mt board. then plug in the intelli wire mounted to your marker. stash the mt board in between your frame and the body. when you open your halo. there will bee two sets of eye wires. use the clips that come with the kit to attach the intelli wire to the blue and grey wires in the halo. it doesnt even matter which way you hook them up. cut a little groove in the bottom of your halo to feed the wire out and reassemble. i have never had the ball stack crushed. but there is a stock z code board in the halo. good luck with your install!!

Just buy the kit and install it yourself. It's easy enough to do and doesn't cost all that much.

The Elves said that they packed the damn kits already. Send some beers if you want em quicker and they will see what they can do. Talk to Bob, Get the Intellifeed kit and the wire harness. Done deal..... Do it yourself if you can handle it.

will my intellifeed work with v35 or will it be better with the stock board?

Trigga Nometry
12-29-2006, 10:48 PM
It will work with either. I would recommend that if you have the v35, keep that in there when you get it done.

Does anybody know if there is a way to intellifeed a gun with no hop port by using the current going to the solenoid?

Shooters~SOBA
12-31-2006, 06:55 PM
sounds like a pulse loader to me...

SPECIALNEEDS
12-31-2006, 06:57 PM
yup thats what i was thinking thats how they do it on the a1s

for2nato
12-31-2006, 08:07 PM
yea its possible. but you get no control over the pulse time. and are you just doing a free fall test on the loader or are you shooting a marker with it? cause you may just need to pull the trigger faster!!

SPECIALNEEDS
12-31-2006, 08:11 PM
might need new batteries

I should have specified is there any way to intellifeed a gun with a halo with no hop port by using the current from the solenoid.

Yes you can but it would involve allot more to do it. You would also have no adjustment from the marker board side. The "HOP" port has adjustment to get the pneumatics and feed to work in harmony.

Just using the solenoid signal to drive the loader would result in the ball stack getting jammed because you would need a delay of 30 milliseconds or so for the bolt to retract before positive pressure to the ball stack occurs.

thats exactly what i was saying mavrick. but way to elaborate on the subject.
you can do this with any loader but you would still have no adjustment.

Thanks for the info. Maybe eventually i'll get a pulse.

You could use a Resettable Monostable One-Shot Multi-vibrator, but just buy a board its must easier.
