Like it says above.I have a Arsenal G7 Fly on the way and It has the old threads on it,who can I ship it to to have the new style front mill and threads??
I also was wanting to convert it to a 9v and remove the battery can I just solder a 9v plug using the wires and plug from my batery or will it damage the WDP board?
Thanks in advance.

1. You can't just mill and re-thread the front end of your marker to support the new style.

2. You can't convert the stock WDP board to support 9v

Sounds like what you really want is an Angel One or a 2006 Angel Speed.

not really, im just saying that i can tell from looking at the pic it is not the g7 fly, and the threads are definatly not the only difference between the two.

please explain?I really want to know what is the difference between the 2 if they were both all stock.
I know the Arsenal angels like this run the same, board, noid, bolt, frame, lpr, valve etc only difference I see is the threads.
I really want to know what the difference is,I spoke with the guy and he told me it was made before the WDP started the new style threads and cut the front. But I am a noob to the angel family.

I think it might be possible by a competent machinist.

It would definitely be easier and cheaper to just buy an Arsenal G7 Fly if that's what you want.

so this is a pre fly g7 arsenal then and not a fly at all?what is the differance?
I am getting this gun in a trade and know only what the owner told me.

its just an arsenal G7, you dont really need the new style barrel threads that bad. the difference of the g7 fly is slightly improved software, lighter, new valve system, different milling, improved internals, and new trigger system.

actually if its a newer g7 it probably has the MT valve in it already, which is the same as the fly. the board is the same just with newer software, which is the same as the g7 just with the mba feature. internals are on the same platform so are too the same. its a couple ounces lighter at best and just has different milling and a new trigger system. other than that its the same marker. and so there isnt any flaming... i own both a g7 and a g7fly.
my personal fav is my g7. and thats just cause i think the old trigger setup is the better out of the two. oh and i almost forgot. a machinest could mill and rethread that marker for the new style look and thread for you. the old barrel is quite a bit longet where it inserts into the marker, so there is enough room to rethread to the new shorter pattern after they mill off the threaded area of the body. but i really wouldnt do that if i were you. just look for an arsenal fly and sell and upgrade.

it'd really be more a waste of $$ to go buy another to upgread to the fly version, because as you can tell from for2nato expanding on what i allready said... there really isnt much difference between the two.
