2.1 software cant ramp or anything

i went to WDP.tv and downloaded the 2.1 software on there and i can only shot semi on any mode (euro verson) where can i find the american verson of the 2.1 software were i use the modes

it should mine does is that with the eyes off the gun wont ramp in any mode with eyes off
