Low velocity

I recently took apart my A1 completely and cleaned it from top to bottom and took it to the field to find I cannot get it over 240fps. I am using the same lp tank that worked fine before this and have my settings and pressures correct per joy's settings with confirmation from the gauges. What changed since last time? The velocity adjusting screw has little to no impact on the velocity.
would either of these be a resolution?

you should have those parts on your A1 already. You added oil, and dry fired 40 times to seat all the seals and worked the oil throughout the gun? Peace

I know i have them thanks. I dont believe its a lubrication issue.
