hey guys, today i was goin to shoot my a1. i unscrewed the on/off asa and started to screw in my tank. right where i got to about the point it would take the air and make the noise or w.e and it would start going shhhhhhhhhhhhh like mad loud and would lose my air, and air would be coming out of the tiny whole in the regulator above the velocity adjustment screw
but ever time i keep my asa all the way on, screwed tight as if i were turning the air on, i screw it in and it works fine.
where do u guys unscrew ur on/off's too, it says halfway in the manual but i hahve no idea where halfway is bc it goes out so far until it comes off.
would appreciate some advice!

I had the same problem. You are going to need to take apart your minireg. grease all the orings and make sure they dont need replacement. then re install everything. when you air it up again dry fire it a few times and your problem should be solved.

thanks busta, but is there an easier way to fix this? im not an expert with taking stuff apart, and i dnot wanna take it to my local paintball shop, bc they dont no crap about angels, they told me to put on the eyecovers the wrongway = me breaking them twice, and i dont wanna send it off to a tech to replace orings.
is it just fine if i keep it on when i screw in?\
thx

trust me, i felt the same way. sit down with your manual and read through how you take it apart. its very simple to do, just follow the manual. just disconnect the macroline, unscrew the cap, screw in one of the tools from the tool kit and gently pull until the mini reg spool comes out, then grease it and put it back in.
