View Full Version : Angel 05 speed eye ribbon

So, I get my 05 speed and air it up and toss my halo on it and turn it on and get ready to shoot and



nothing happens.
Nothing at all


I open the grip, and the eye ribbon is completely seperated from the plug in part. I.E, there are two parts to the eye ribbon now.

Where can I get a new one installed, and how much should I be expecting to spend?

Buy a new set from www.fixmyangel.com I think they're 40 or 45 bucks nowadays.

You could, but it's not hard to do it yourself.

Well, this is my first angel.

also, when I felt the trigger, I couldn't even get it to activate. Like, even with the vernier wheels turned to max travel, the gun wouldn't activate. What's up with that?

Back the toe screw out.

back the screw in teh middle of the trigger. and all you have to do to replace the eyers is take the detent covers off. grip pannel. unplig the eye ribbon cable, switch, and noid. yake off the frame. take off the wheels. (take the screws to the side of them out and they lift eruight off. take off the eye covers. pull broken ribbon out. and redo in reverse fashion

I might be interested in buying the plug end off of you. Does it still have some of the ribbon attached to it or did it separate right at the plug? I'll give you $5 shipped (you can just throw it in an envelope) if you're interested... it'll help you out a little getting a new ribbon.
