I know this is probably a dumb question, but what threads do the Angel 1 have. I am looking at different websites about the gun and some are saying g7 threads and others are saying g7 fly. If I remember both are different guns in their own part. And to add to the confusion, posts are saying that anything made after the g7 fly and 06 speed are new threads and the prior are old threads. I just seem mixed up about this.

Everything up to the G7 has the original Angel threads. The G7 Fly and Speed 06 have the 2nd Angel threads.

Now the A1 also has the 2nd Angel threads however the space between the threads and the back of the barrel is shorter. SO you can use a G7 Fly type barrel but some of the threads will be exposed.

You can buy A1 specific barrels...they have the 2nd Angel thread but the space between the threads and the back is shorter.

Hope this clears things up.

What barrels are A1 specific? Where can I find them. I have tried to look and I can't find any. All I can resort too and see is g7 fly specific.

you can use any of the regular g7fly barrells on your one with the included gold ring that came with the one. it makes up for the difference on thread depth.
the whole changing your thread style 3 times in three years thing is gay though. get it set it and leave it. i mean i understand the first change to the g7 fly but shaving off 2 more threads to shorten it again. come on!
sorry for venting on your thread but it had to be said. anyway use the ring it works.
