Somebody help me before I Throw this thing away.

I've read everything I can,I followed all the directions for updateing my A1.Something just isn't right.No matter what I do I can't extract these files.I haven't this before so give me some help.Everything goes fine untill I have to click on Preintsaller.exe. I can't find or can't extract it.Thats as far as I can get.Help

I'm following the same instructions.There is no Preinstaller anywhere.

that happened to me, i couldnt find the preinstaller.exe, but just go start, search, files and folders, and search for preinstaller.

pops rite up and double click it

everything else should run smooth, if not, call bob
