I have 116k shots on my mem3 cops1 angel. Now i dont want to shell out 150 for a new board. I saw the software upgrade and wondered if it would be worth it. Any suggestions on that would be great. thanks

Wow, I only paid $30 for mine, and it was a brand new MEM6 board

If you go to a tourney with a WDP booth... they have been known to upgrade your board for you for free as long as it is still under warrenty...
