I used to be really into paintball and I bought the first angel that came out. Now I am trying to get back into paintball so I got a few questions:
What is the first angel called?
Can I still get aftermarket parts for it(barrels, double finger triggers stuff like that)? If so where?
any help would be great guys thanks.

the first angel was the LED I believe, there are not many parts available for it at all, since then there has been the LCD, IR3, Speed, A4, A4 fly, 05 speed, g7, 06 speed, g7 fly, and angel 1

was the very first Angel, IIRC, no too different from the LED, just the mini-reg had an on-off button I think.

No, Leffe, that is an LED, not a V6. V6's had an on-off button on the bottom of the reg and no milling on the reg, just a straight tube.

Way too much for an LED (SE, LE, they are all LEDs), it isn't worth more than $200-225, and that's only if it's in excellent condition.

I bought my LED with lot´s of spare parts + one Spyder and one Cocker for 1800 SEK - that's $250 (It's my picture above)
The Angel haven't been used for 3 years - I used it yesterday and it worked perfekt. The guy i bought it from told me he had taken it apart every 6 months - he made a good job with the LED!

the actuall first angel was put out by brass eagle. this is before wdp sold it on its own.
so the first is brass eagle's "1455 angel semi-auto"
http://www.vm68.com/stuff/pic/brass_eagle_angel.jpg
the first wdp angel is v6 which is identical to the 1455 by brass eagle and is the early version of the led.
the order of release for wdp is:
v6
led
lcd
ir3
speed
a4
a4fly
speed 05
g7
speed 06
g7 fly
gat
a1
any other angel is a special edition of one of these markers.

Doh! I forgot about BE making the initial Angels. I even have a few old mags with that advertisement in it too. Getting old taxes the memory....

Is this what you were looking for? She's so sweet to shoot, there is something great fun about the single trigger too.

Little bit of useless info for everybody...
The first Angels produced had breech knobs on the LEFT side of the gun. John Rice is left handed and inadvertently designed the Angel as such.
just take a look at that ad again.

I believe parts for the LED's should work for V6's. Differences are minimal.
