Click Noise

I have a wierd 'click' noise after a shot. It's like the ram doesnt reset right after a shot. I pull the tirgger, it fires, then like a half second after the shot you hear the click noise/ram resetting. Is this normal, and y is it doin it?

When is the last time you greased the ram shaft? Do you put a drop of love juice on the ram shaft? It sounds like the ram isn't traveling its full stroke. It will most likely go away with proper lubrication. Give it a couple of drops of oil and let us know your results.

The snap ring on the ram shaft could be wearing out. It will make the last portion of the ram's return mushy, and could cause that delayed click as the air presure slowly forces it back into place.
To replace that, you'll have to pull the ram and remove the hammer.
