I have a A4 Black with an after market reg...I dont know what kind it was on it when I got it... It might be a CP but not sure... the LCD screen look like it shorted out so It wouldnt read correctly.. so I have a Predator board on hte way.. I am just trying to get it cleaned up and ready for the install. I had a couple of questions... does the mini reg Gauge supposed where you can read it from the gun as if you were shooting it? I am assuming so but when I received mine (used) it is upside down... I have read the manual on how to remove it or turn it but is there any think that I might have to worry about when removing the reg and/or turning it back to where you can read it right side up.?? I know not to use anything but your hand to turn or remove the gauge because it is fragile. Another thing it I have never shot this angel yet so I was wondering if there are tanks that are recommended to use since this is a low pressure marker... the last marker I have was a regular LCD and I just used a 68CI 4500 non adjustable Crossfire and I didnt know if you guy have run into problems. Well if you know of anything else jut let me know thanks...

With regards to the location of your pressure gauge. There should be a rubber 0-ring on the rear of the gauge. When you screw in the gauge it is this o-ring that provides the necessary seal to prevent air leaks. As long as the o-ring is suffiently "compressed", the gauge can be screwed in or out enough to position the gauge so you can read it. You don't have to screw it in as far as you can by hand. Just enough to compress the o-ring should be enough.
If you check out page 6 of the manual it states that air/nitrogen must be supplied at an ideal regulated pressure of 400Psi. But on the same page it also states that the inlet pressure to your Angel must not exceed 850Psi. From these conflicting figures it is confusing as to what air system to go for. You could get away with a H.P. air system, but seeing as the A4 is a L.P. marker I would try my hardest to get a L.P. regulator. Crossfire do a 400-450Psi regulator, so does Guerrilla air. Check out www.pbreview.com I'm looking to get a crossfire regulator for my A4, in the very near future.
Hope I've helped you out.

the predator is pretty easy to set up. just read the manual that comes with it. as far as your tank. the angel will operate just fine with a hp tank. the fact that youhave an aftermarket reg just reasures this. its the angel mini reg that has problems dealing with the higher pressures. if you dont have the minireg on there you should be just fine. and the mini reg can handle up to 850psi but it has a tendancy to be more inconsistant at the higher pressures.

I mean I jut got my board set up to the basic settings that I followed in the TagSportz instructional video... but I seem to running through 4500psi really quick.. about 400-600 balls... its a 68ci 4500psi Crossfire tank... (low pressure) and I have it chronoed at about 278-286 fps.. so I think that its fine but i was wondering if it had to do with the boards settings... another thing was if anyone had settings that they are using and they think that I would benfit by using those settings.... I just really want my gun to run smooth ... well thanks for the help everyone...
