View Full Version : BF2 on my computer?

I was just wondering if Battlefield 2 would work on my computer. It is a Gateway GT5220. It may be stupid to ask this but I just cant find the manual any where to tell me.

So can some one help me

Video card is a nvidia geforce 6150le, just bought the computer last sunday.

* 1.7 GHz Intel Celeron D / Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon XP/ Sempron or greater
* 512 MB of RAM or more
* 8x or faster CD/DVD drive
* 2.3 GB free hard drive space or more
* Video: DirectX 9.0c compatible (see video)
* Sound: DirectX 9.0c compatible (Sound Blaster X-Fi series recommended )

VIDEO
Video card must have 128 MB or more memory and one of the following chipsets:

* NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 or greater
* ATI Radeon 8500 or greater

the above is taken from the website for the min system requirements

no prob, if your computer is new it should run it fine. its a great game, I have played it for 100's of hours

i'll sell you my bf2 and special forces if your interested

just bought BF2 only, didnt want the specil forces one though
