Yes it has....be carful on e-bay. I know the deals seem to good to be true, and that is exactly right. Employ a reputable "3rd party"...if the seller does not agree, then walk away. Sorry for your loss.

If you bought it from ebay.. There are things you can do to get your money back.

First off.. print out multiple copies of the auction becuase it is only stored there for 30 days after the auction ends.

Then go to ebay's fraud protection link:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/community/fpp.html

Read through it completely.. and be sure you take action. Inform the seller you are reporting it to ebay through their fraud protection program. Also note the time deadlines you have to report.

This has happened to me multiple times and I have always gotten my money back or my item.

In the future, try ebay's escrow services.

I hope that helps.

It bothers me that people dont think to post the sellers (or whoever is ripping people off) name. Especially when they are posting on thee most comprehensive resource for Angel information in the world....do I get some cool points for that or what? :puzzled:

I know Ebay users can change their username, but Ebay still keeps old alias' accessible to buyers or sellers alike.

I would almost think something like a thread of known Angel offenders (like a state sex offender registery) should be stickied and that would also give these people a chance to tell their side of the story incase of a misunderstanding. :rrrright:

Sorry, but posting names of offenders isn't allowed. Or at least their real names.

No because its Cash On Delivery which means you don't pay till you receive the item.

If the dude refuses to let you open it, go to the poast office (or whatever shipping company they used) and demand that at the price your paying that you have the package fully inspected before.

Hey, yeah beware of Ebay, it's evil!!! I have been looking around there and I have seen some crazy stuff... For one, people sell you lnks to websites that sell Angels for like $1400 or whatever, they throw a huge detailed description on there (so nobody reads it) and at the bottom very small is "you are bidding on a URL t oa site that has Angels for $1400....
Secondly, There has been some jamoke selling a DARK IR3 Claret Fade... HE ALWAYS CHANGES HIS NAME and has been kicked off many times. I keep seeing this friggen gun pop up on ebay. THe best part is, he doesn't change the color or graphics of his auctions for it. So it's the same thing, different seller name (wit hthe sunglasses) just be sure you don't buy from someone who recently changed their user name for ebay, it's usually for a reason ok? Make sure you see many "other" pics of the gun other than the ones listed on the site.
