Make sure that you are using a METRIC allen key. I am not sure what the size is, but it is small.

HOLD IT!!! that stupid little grub screw is STANDARD sized. i dont know why but it is. i stripped mine into a circle just as it loosened itself. good thing wdp included a spare. i got some info over on AO and somebody told me that it was actually standard. sure enough it was. just a warning to anybody who is thinking about taking it out......

oh did anyone else have this problem wit htheir trigger? i tried setting my trigger so its like super tight trigger pul lwih as little give as possible, but the set screw for the "over adjustment screw" on my on my opto trigger was on backwards!.. i had to physically remove the board every time i wanted to try out the trigger pull.. of course its not a one try deal it takes a couple tries to get it like a glove... well after like 20 tries i gave up and un-screwed it completely and just flipped it around to get it going the normal way that i am used to... i got that bad boy fixed up in no time.. now thats ghetto. anyone else have that problem?it was just dumb.
hmm well i striped the allen hole into a circel now what should i do ?

YEah, the screw is like that for me too. Good thing my wrenches have the ball on the end and can turn at angles of up to 45 Degrees...

Easy access! If i could adjust the overhead travel without removing my trigger everytime i whould be set. I know it is the same screw has anyone switched it upsidedown? i may try this tonight, if it hasent already been done.

Freeloader.....which screw are you refering to?
the return stroke or the overtravel?
The return stroke screw can't be changed because of where it is located, and what it does.
However the overtravel screw, the one some people seem to think is in upside down, is in there so that you can simply move the board and make 1 adjustment and then your trigger is set instead of making 20 adjustments, and pulling the grip frame off everytime in order to do so

Do you have some needle nose pliars? Try exerting some outward force. Place the nose in the (0) and open up the pliare trying to get some grip, then twist. Tell me what happens.

how to fix every problem with triggers:
1.) the setscrew being the wrong way; simply take out the pivot pin, take out the whole trigger, unscrew the setscrew. now flip it the other way (you may apply loctite or other threadseal) and screw it back in.
2.) for the little grub screw simply get a small flat screwdriver, something to hammer with and a full bucket of patience.
insert the small flathead'ed screwdriver into the destroyed grub, give it a couple of smacks, and then 'slowly' start screwing it out.
ta da:)
then you better find your spare one, and don't overtight it the next time.
