When trying to update my software i get an error (run-time error '53') that says it cannot locate FWNPPD.dll i can see the file so its not missing

Help asap

Throw some brand new batteries in the gun and try it again.

software is not installed correctly. delete from add/remove software and reinstall then read and follow the install directions as they are written,step by step, this should solve it.

Getting the same message on PC plus the A1 has a orange light on the back and won't turn on now.
Deleted al software from PC and re installed but with no luck.
Please help.

Problem solved - erased all software from PC and re installed it must have been the link to the desktop.
