hello, I have a microswitch triggerin my ir3 BASIC,i never use de opto , but I train all the days, during one hour, in series of 15 seconds, resting my fingers, and strechings, but mainly perfecting my tecnic of firing, and fitting to my trigger to each my style of shooting(a single finger, two fingers, right hand, left hand.
this morning i have beenable my first 17b.p.s ,i train all the week hard, I feel very motivated by the congratulation of w.d.p. I love my ir3 and i fotograf my r.o.f in a digital camera ).
