Sloppy sounds?

hey
I recently got an A1 only played with it in one tournament and its making this really sloppy sound like the bolt or ram is banging around don't really know how else to describe it. I think it kindof sounds like not enough air is getting into the ram but i reset the dwell and everything and its still doing it. Iam now lost I could always send it back but i would rather save that trouble and fix it myself. any piece of advice anybody could give me would be alot of help

Aside from the sound, is it affecting the performance in any way?

Also, what are your full settings (dwell, LPR, minireg, software, etc.)?

yeah there is a huge change in performance it barely shoots the odd ball will come rolling out the barrell and the only setting i had changed was the hopper speed but i put everything back to default just incase something did get changed and nothing happened.
