It needs the plastic cover to hold the battery against the contacts. I'm just talking about the black plastic around the circuit board.

I might grab it beginning of next month if you still have it, but no guarantees.

I know nothing about all the new fangled gun-o-the-month guns or upgrades. Didnt know if the aftermarket boards came with the plastic or not. I figured that if they don't you might have been selling the board but no case. *shrug*
