A1 problem!!!

Hope all is well, Ken I sent you an e-mail earlier this week about this, unfortunately I don't have good news. I purchased my A1 from Art down here in miami, which it was from the first batch he received from you guys. Now I have had problems with the eyes and detents, I went to Art about the problem and he told me to contact you or customer service at WDP but I would rather write to you. Now I have been unfortunate with my angel knowing that I've had problems with the eye covers flexing when I'm shooting causing me to get a faulty eye reading on the gun, which won't allow it to shoot unless I turn the eyes off. The detents seem to shoot out also while shooting the marker causing it to double, triple, and even quadruple feed paintballs which is terribly annoying plus I already replaced the detents a couple of times. Now I just discovered one new issue, the bolt is cracked by where the pin is. Now I like how the gun shoots but these little flaws don't allow me play at the top of my game due to the fact that I mess around with the gun too much during a game playing with the eyes or what not. I need this problem fixed. I payed too much money for a gun of this caliber to give me these little annoying problems. I'm going to be going to cup this year with my Team Infused, and I want to be able to have a couple good practices before I go on spending money at cup for me to encounter problems like this. I have included pictures of the bolt. Also one more thing I forgot to mention, I included a picture of the breech, is the annode supposed to strip like that? Since the first day I had the gun it has been getting worse and worse.

I have cleaned this gun after every time that I have played, the gun is running on a low pressure tank, and the dwell is set and 6.5. I'm pretty much using the rage/ joy settings from boston. Also I have not touched the LPR or have tried any mods everything is stock except for the dwell setting that lowered and a few other setting recommended by you.

You will need to get the marker into the nearest warranty center and they will get any warranty issues taken care of for you. Make sure to provide a copy of your receipt for the purchase.

I didn't get a receipt, I bought the gun off Art and he could vouch for me if necessary. I live in miami, so what would be the closest warranty center to me and how fast could I get the gun back, I will like to have the gun by next weekend.

Bob this is the axact same thing that is happening with my gun. I too got a first production from ECE Paintball in Miami. My bolt and the breech looks the same as in the pictures. Do i have to send the gun out to a warranty center or is it just the bolt that is damaged? Because if it is the bolt then im wondering if i change the bolt would it be fine or is there already damage to my breech? Thanks

The wear in the breech is mainly from debris. Replacing the bolt should be fine as long as the breech is not misaligned.
